Factory Worker Job as a Warehouse Operative at Lidl GB

Lidl GB is looking for highly motivated and skilled candidates for Warehouse Operative to join the dynamic team of Lidl Workplace. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for making sure stores receive the right stock on time and helping with team tasks in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items
• Carefully follow picking instructions using headset
• Stack and secure deliveries properly
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Work independently through your orders to make sure everything is ready for the store

Required Skills:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Focused and motivated to meet goals and targets
• Good attention to detail while working quickly
• Self-motivation to work hard and help the team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or fast-paced work experience
• Teamwork skills, problem-solving attitude
• Flexible to work different shifts
• 12th Pass, Graduate Pass
